THE INBETWEEN…

As we’re getting closer to the end of the year, things are starting to wrap up, wind down and speed the hell up all at the same time.

You’re either waiting for med offers, waiting for your September results, finishing your studies, or getting started with GAMSAT preparation for 2019.

You’re going to have some decisions to make.

Accepting that med school offer, getting your portfolio organized for next years application because you missed out an offer and your friend got in instead of you, you didn’t get the results you wanted so you need to get into gear for March or you’re starting another year of study.

Whatever position you’re in, whatever the circumstances, now is the time to take some time to reflect on what the next steps are going to be (whether or not you feel in control of the outcome).

2019 marks a new chapter, a new beginning (start med school, another year of study, preparation for March) so the time now is precious.

These next few weeks will either seem like madness (mainly for those who are studying) or complete serenity because nothing is confirmed, nothing is locked in, and anything and everything is possible.

So enjoy this moment now. Be present at this moment because before you even know it, things will be finishing before they even started.
