We are looking for a key member of our organisation to help us deliver an extraordinary experience to our current customers, while assisting us with the research and implementation to transition into new and exciting products and services.

 

Our Current Business

The GAMSAT is a brutal 6 hour exam that all aspiring medical students must take. The GAMSAT is a make or break exam because the results dictate if and where you go to medical school.

PassGAMSAT is in the business of making dreams come true. We help motivated and passionate aspiring doctors to realise their potential and make their mark on the community.

We differ from our competitors by not just helping them ‘cram for the exam’ but by coaching, mentoring and supporting through the exam, application and interview processes.

Our New Products and Services

Our new products and services include an online magazine, a doctor focused media site, a charity delivering healthcare to the most needy, and possibly a few more.

 

Your Role

As you can imagine, the process of applying to med school is difficult and stressful.

As the Student Support Manager, you are the glue that binds the different parts of our organisation together to create an extraordinary experience for our students and to help them smash this process and achieve their dream of becoming a doctor with ease and support.

We certainly don’t expect you to teach our students (we have tutors for that). What we do expect is that you are their liaison and contact whenever they need us.

Additionally, you will be involved in the research and implementation of a variety of projects and initiatives ranging from developing a new websites to planning events.

 

Goals

70% of your role is to ensure that our customers have an excellent experience with our company, which ultimately helps them achieve their dream of becoming a doctor.

This is super important to PassGAMSAT as it’s why we are here: To create doctors.

30% of your role will be varied and always changing. The main outcome is to contribute to growing the business by supporting the Directors in a variety new projects.
