Location: Work from home. On the phone.

Commencement date: ASAP

Hours of works/contract details: Mon to Fri, Full-Time hours.

Part of the work hours will include GAMSAT/applications/interview help for well-performing candidates. Contract length will be determined on a case by case basis to suit your needs and ours. We understand that each person sitting the GAMSAT is different and we are willing to explore various contract lengths with the right candidates.

Purpose of the role

Our mission is to fill the healthcare system with only the most incredible doctors – we love helping students achieve their dreams of becoming these doctors. The only way we can effectively help them do that is when they are part of our program, the Bootcamp.

You will be speaking with potential new students about their preparation & evaluating if they are suitable for our program. You will do this by following our sales process, which includes asking them about their goals, aspirations, GAMSAT weaknesses, and preparation strategy. If it’s appropriate for the person you’re talking to, you will then offer and sell them the Bootcamp.

You do not need to be an expert in these topics before you start with us. We will teach you everything you need to know. You just bring your dedication to learning, friendly personality, and keenness to grow outside your comfort zone.

This is all done over the phone.
Our phone sales process is second to none.

It is highly effective, clear and easy to follow for those who are coachable and enthusiastic. You will be trained in it and get some of the best sales training in the world which will also help you in your interviews (to ‘sell’ yourself), in medical school and as an influential doctor later on.

There is no lead generation expected in this position. All the potential students’ names & phone numbers will be provided to you and it’s your responsibility to call them.

Able to work independently – because you’ll be working from home, you need a quiet place where you can talk comfortably and not be disturbed throughout the day. You also need to be reliable, trustworthy, proactive, and punctual.
You must love connecting with and talking to people all day long. This role is a lot of fun and really rewarding if you enjoy making a deep connection with other people. It’s essential.
Just like when you’re in medical school, you’ll need to be ready to honestly and openly discuss challenging topics, what you’re having difficulty with, and to analyse the places in which you can grow.

Strengths, competencies & innate abilities

You love talking to people (particularly over the phone) and providing a great customer service experience.
Excellent English skills, you understand the importance of grammar and English.

Help with your GAMSAT, applications, and interviews. As part of the PassGAMSAT team, part of the family, you will be trained in our highly effective strategies, processes, and tools required to conquer the GAMSAT, get the applications just right, and succeed in the interviews. You’ll get all the material and guidance you need from us to get into medical school as a bonus included as part of this role.
You will be personally working with incredible mentors and experts in the field, including Dr Tom.
You will strengthen the skills needed, and confidence, to be ready for any medical school interview – this will be a natural by-product of this role – as well as making you a high-level medical student.

Remuneration

We offer wages depending on your experience. That will be on a spectrum of $40,000-$100,000 per annum depending on your sales experience & results.

It will consist of a base salary and additional commissions per sale.

We are happy to train applicants with no prior sales experience, as long as you meet the above-mentioned requirements.
