I have been accused of being repetitive and redundant, again.
And not just by my wife who claims I tell the same jokes and listen to the same 90s music (even though 90s hip-hop is the BEST and I challenge you to give me a better genre).
But by this apparently time poor troll:
“Dr Tom is my name and repetition is my game.” (I got this from a great Netflix movie, “Dolemite”. Check it out!)
The only kind of repetition I don’t stand for is repeating the GAMSAT.
Because that’s the real problem here. Too many people are doing the GAMSAT over and over and over and over and over….
See what I did there 😉
So yeah I repeat myself. Sometimes it feels like I repeat myself all day long. Everyday. And have been for the last 12 years.
(It’s kind of the definition of skill development – repetition – but anyway)
And I will continue to repeat myself.
Because I’d rather repeat what I’m saying to make sure people understand the importance of it, and it sinks in (which is sounds like it kinda did for this person?), and they apply it, and become doctors…
…rather than see them repeating the GAMSAT.
Like I said, that’s the only kind of repetition I don’t stand for – repeating the GAMSAT.
And my “redundant” ways worked for and has been loved by a LOT of people. Just read the other comments we’ve received in the past!
Need I mention Kiara, again:
She blames my repetition for her 25 point increase. Sucks to be her.
But perhaps some people already know this information.
Perhaps they’ve already applied it, and they are doctors already. In which case they would definitely be wasting their time watching this. But if that were the case, they wouldn’t be seeking me out in the first place. So if they’re watching it’s probably because they’re struggling with this exam like everyone else.
If the day ever comes that I can say a thing once and people listen and apply, then that’s when I’ll stop.
Until then I want to celebrate this insightful, yet confused, troll and make you a very repetitive offer.
[The Offer]
Check out the free workshop by clicking here, leave a comment, and I will send you a never before seen White Paper that show how the GAMSAT and Reasoning skills (another topic I repeat a lot) are intertwined and essential to success.
Let me repeat that…
[The Offer, again]
Watch the workshop, leave a comment and get a brand-spanking new White Paper that will give you insights on the GAMSAT that you won’t get anywhere else (except from me because I’m like a broken record when it comes to reasoning skills) and will help you to understand why and how this exam is different to anything else you’ve ever done.
A word of warning:
There is nothing new with about 50% of what I cover in the workshop, maybe more.
It’s not mind-boggling stuff.
A lot of it is super simple. And I do repeat myself a lot to make sure the important stuff sinks in.
But it’s helped our students pull off minor miracles with their results, getting people into medical school who failed multiple times before, while shocking others who got in on their first go. And it can probably help other students from nearly any background, skill or knowledge level. That is, if you apply it, apply it correctly and are not looking for someone else to do the thinking for you.
Signing off,
Dr Tom, Repeater-In-Chief
