About The Bootcamp

So, I’ve been getting lots of questions about the Bootcamp and I’d like to spend some time going over the common questions I get from students that can all be answered in this article.
The first question that I’ve been getting is ‘I’m really busy. I’m really busy. I work full time. Will this be right for me? Can I get ready if I work full time, if I’m really busy? Will the bootcamp help me? You know, I don’t have much time, can it actually help me? Is it right for me?’
And the short answer is yes and the longer answer is the fact of the matter is, that you are going to be studying for the GAMSAT anyway, right? Whether in the bootcamp or not, you’re going to be preparing for your GAMSAT, for the GAMSAT.
So, then the big questions you’re going to be asking is, you’re going to be sitting down and doing the time putting in the effort.
Now, the questions is do you want that time to be effective?
Do you actually want to be doing the things that are personalised to you that address your weaknesses and your problem areas with the GAMSAT and strengthen those? Because that’s what the bootcamp will help you to do.
We will pinpoint exactly what your weaknesses are, what you need to be working on a way that’s relevant to the GAMSAT, so you’re not just guessing and hoping something works, but instead you have exactly what you need to be doing and we personalise the approach specific to you and your situation.
So, it’s not a matter of how much of that to get through, that’s not what this is about.
It’s about what do you need to do to get yourself ready
so you can get the school that you want, in the time that you have, because you’re going to be studying for it anyway and why not be effective with the time that you use.
And that’s what the bootcamp will help you to do. Right now, we have people in the bootcamp who are working full time and have children and they study for the GAMSAT. We even have people who are preparing for the Commonwealth games and they study for the GAMSAT. We have full time uni students who have a really busy schedule and they’re in the bootcamp because we help them to be effective with their time that they dedicate to the GAMSAT preparation. So, there’s the answer to that question.
The other question I get is ‘Do I have enough time? Do I have enough time to get ready for March or even September GAMSAT with the bootcamp?’ And the answer to this is similar to the previous one where the fact of the matter is that you’re going to be studying for exam anyway.
You’re going to be sitting down, doing the work studying for it anyway, right?
So, right now, the way you’re going, you’re going to be sitting there and kind of trying to figure things out and hoping something works.
With the bootcamp, we can show you exactly what you need to be doing,
to be effective with the time that you’re actually going to be studying. If you’ve come along to one of my webinars or seen one of my live facebook videos, you’ll know that I share a number of techniques and they are just the tip of the iceberg of what you need to be doing and can be doing, to be effective with your preparation so that you’re on the right track for the March or even the September GAMSAT and that leads me to my next question.
Now ‘I’m doing the September GAMSAT or March 2019, can I join now?’ Yes. The sooner you begin, the better.
So you can start now and study progressively through to September or March next year. You know, the bootcamp isn’t just for this upcoming September GAMSAT, it’s for when you’re doing the GAMSAT.
So if you’re doing it in September or March next year, join now to get the ball rolling, get the right things in place now, so that you’re on the right track, doing the right things and then when September comes around you’re ready or in March 2019 comes around you are ready.
The other question I’ve been getting is ‘How do I join?’ and that is a very good question. You can give us a call at the office on 02 9319 0431, send us an email contact@passgamsat.com or book in for a free one-on-one consultation with one of our friendly staff to help guide you through. If you’re the type of person who wants to know ‘Is it right for me? How can I make this happen? How would it help me?’ We can kind of have a chat with you to see if it is right for you, if not, then that’s fine too. And if it is, we can show you how it would help you and what you can be doing.
I look forward to be helping you become a doctor.
