Hours of work/contract details: Mon to Fri, Full-time hours. Once the training period is completed and you are reaching your KPIs, we can then be flexible with the hours. 

Purpose of the role

We love helping people achieve their dreams of becoming doctors, and the only way we can help students achieve that dream is when they are part of our program.

You will be speaking with potential students about their Gamsat preparation & evaluating if they are suitable for our program. You will talk about their goals, aspirations, dreams, and GAMSAT strategy. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be an expert before you start, we will teach you everything you need to know.

If it’s appropriate, you will then sell them our flagship product – our online Bootcamp.

This is all done over the phone.

All the training you need will be provided. There is no cold calling and no lead generation expected in this position – All the students names & phone numbers will be provided to you and it’s your responsibility to call and speak to those students.

You just need to bring your enthusiasm and a passion to learn and grow. We’ll bring decades of knowledge and expertise in the field and pass it on to you.

What you need to be successful in this position:

You love talking to people (particularly over the phone) and providing a great customer service experience.

Ability to work independently. We need to be able to trust that you’re able to maintain motivation when working from home.

Being enthusiastic and a joy to work with.

Remuneration

We offer generous wages depending on your experience. For this role, that will be on a spectrum of $40,000-$100,000 pro rata depending on your sales experience & results. Plus additional incentives.

We are happy to train applicants with no prior sales experience, as long as you have passion for helping others and a willingness to learn.
